Governor Timothy M. Kaine today announced appointments to the following boards and commissions:

- Gail D. Jaspen of Manakin, as Chief Deputy Director.Jaspen, a former Assistant Attorney General, has served in Governor Kaine's Cabinet as Deputy Secretary for Health and Human Resources.She previouslyworked under Governor Mark R. Warner as Chief Deputy Director of the Department of Health Professions, and as Deputy Counselor to the Governor and Special Policy Assistant for Public Safety.
