Bucknell University issued the following press release:

Kevin Concannon will give the talk, "Yoko Ono: Imagining Peace 1966-2008," on Friday, Aug. 29, at 5 p.m. in the Gallery Theatre of the Elaine Langone Center at Bucknell University.

Associate professor of art history at the Myers School of Art at The University of Akron, Concannon is a leading scholar who has published extensively on the work of Yoko Ono.

His essay, "Yoko Ono's Cut Piece (1964): From text to performance and back again," will appear in the forthcoming issue of PAJ: A Journal of Performance and Art.

His articles on Ono are featured in the Grove Dictionary of Art Online as well as in the forthcoming Encyclopedia of ...
