ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 14 -- The following federal patents were awarded to inventors in Connecticut.***Connecticut, Illinois Inventors Develop Non-Flowable Primer CompositionALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 14 -- Shabbir Attarwala of Simsbury, Conn., Matthew P. Burdzy of South Windsor, Conn., Qinyan Zhu of Cheshire, Conn., and Prakash S. Patel of Algonquin, Ill., have developed a primer composition. According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to primer compositions in non-flowable form.
