Celebrating Spoken Language 2008 AG Bell Convention Round-Up

AG Bell held its 48th Biennral Convention in Milwaukee, Wis., at the end of June. True to the theme of "No Better Time to Celebrate Spoken Language," this four-day event brought together 1,500 attendees from 15 countries, including children who are deaf or hard of hearing who use spoken language and their parents; professionals in the hearing and deaf education fields; and adults who are deaf or hard of hearing and who use spoken language to communicate.
