The Financial Services Roundtable kicked off its seventh annual community service celebration on July 1 in Maplewood, Minn., at Junior Achievement's "BizTown." The event featured Financial Services Roundtable leadership, as well as more than 100 students in grades four through eight.
Richard Davis, CEO of U.S. Bancorp., and Don McGrath, chairman and CEO of BancWest Corporation, are co-chairs of the Financial Services Roundtable's Community Service Initiatives for 2008, which are being aimed at improving financial literacy. U.S. Bancorp., is based in Minneapolis, and BancWest Corp., which operates out of San Francisco, is a subsidiary of Paris-based parent, BNP Paribas.
