ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 19 -- Daniel M. Herzog of Chanhassen, Minn., Chad J. Sjodin of Shakopee, Minn., and David E. Rapp of Eden Prairie, Minn., have developed a method for covering a trough member.
