With input costs at a record high, it is increasingly difficult to make a profit in the cattle business. We wanted to know what our readers are doing to make up for the increased cost of fuel, feed and fertilizer. This column is the second in a series of six to offer practical money-saving tips, by cattlemen for cattlemen.
