ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 19 -- Loida Aguirre of Valencia, Calif., has developed a releasable security shutter system.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A security shutter system for providing security against forced entry through a window. The security shutter system includes a securing frame being coupled to a wall of the structure around the window.
