Blanpied of Suwanee, Ga., and Freddie Lee Murphy of Meridian, Miss., have developed a process of making a nonwoven web.An abstract of the invention, released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, said: "A nonwoven web has a weight sufficient for construction industry use and comprises at least forty percent (40%) recycled waste paper.
