The Alabama Attorney General issued the following news release:
A Montgomery man is charged with the capital murder of his wife, the owner of the AniMall pet store who disappeared more than eight years ago. Attorney General Troy King announced that Albert L. Wilding, 79, today was arrested by agents of the Attorney General's Office around 4 o'clock this afternoon as he was leaving his residence.
Attorney General King's Office presented evidence to a Montgomery County grand jury on August 15, resulting in Wilding's indictment*.
Specifically, the indictment charges that Wilding intentionally caused the death of Judie Wilding, and that the murder was done for financial gain that included ...
