Article: CHILDREN'S HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM CELEBRATES 10TH BIRTHDAY

The Utah Department of Health issued the following news release:

Celebrating its 10th birthday today, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) has played a key role in providing coverage to uninsured, low-income children for the past decade. Covering Utah kids with good, affordable health insurance has been a top priority for present and past government officials.
