A 41-year-old woman with psoriatic arthritis had been receiving celecoxib for many years. Her medication was then changed to diclofenac [dosage not stated] and she developed watery diarrhoea several days later. She discontinued diclofenac 2 weeks later, her diarrhoea resolved and she resumed therapy. However, her diarrhoea recurred as before, but did not resolve on diclofenac discontinuation.
