Alabama Department of Environmental Management issued the following public notice:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Alabama Environmental Management Act, the Alabama Department of Environmental Management is proposing to issue an Order to RPM Financial, LLC, which operates Evergreen USA Travel Center located at US 84 & I-65, in Conecuh County, Alabama.
The violation(s) consisted of failure to test the corrosion protection system and line leak detectors and maintain records of leak detection, for the facility mentioned above.
The Department is proposing a civil penalty in the amount of $2,500. The Order, if issued, would require OWNER to: test the corrosion protection ...
