New projects would provide much-needed modern facilities at city's manufacturing sites

TRENTON - Although revitalizing Trenton's blighted industrial properties can be off-putting to many builders, some local real estate players are taking on the challenge. Newprojects in various stages of development are geared toward renewing the state capital's former manufacturing sites and providing modern space to the city's industrial tenants, many of which operate out of inefficient and outdated facilities, developers say.
