ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 2 -- The following federal patents were awarded to inventors in Missouri.***Alabama, Missouri Inventors Develop Isolation Mechanism for Boomed ApparatusALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 30 -- Joshua T. Chard of Birmingham, Ala., and Edman R.
