Article: Main Street W.Va. Unveils Program to Keep Communities ON TRAC

Main Street West Virginia wants to fix the state's curbside appeal, no matter how small the main street.

The new ON TRAC, or Organization, Training, Revitalization and Capacity, program, will accept applications for its first 15 participating communities until Oct. 1. Born out of brainstorming by Main Street staff, the program is designed to help smaller communities with economic and community growth

This is the first go-around for the program. While the program has been in the works for about a year, there have been no pilot towns and coordinator Delphine Coffey was hired in March.
