ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 4 -- Ning Kang, Liang Liu, Shengqiang Gao and Xinhua Guo, all from Guangdong, China, have developed a method for implementing optical network.
An abstract of the invention, released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, said: "A method for implementing the reconstruction of an optical network.
