The Pennsylvania Republican Party issued the following news release:

Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Robert A. Gleason, Jr. rarely agrees with Governor Ed Rendell or Senator Joe Biden, except when it comes to talking about Barack Obama's inexperience. Gleason agrees with both Rendell and Biden when they said that Obama doesn't have the necessary experience or judgment to lead our nation.
