WHAT DO BRITISH Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Arab League secretary general Amr Mousa and Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi have in common?
Don't wait for a punchline, the three men have nothing in common, except perhaps the talent of playing songs of self-praise louder than noisy alarms warning of dangerous icebergs ahead.
