ancers and musicians are slowly revving up for the fall and holiday season.
Music this month features rising stars, college faculty and orchestra professionals with performances ranging from Beet-hoven to Broadway. A blending of dancers from Philadelphia studios take to the stage with high energy rock.
Tomorrow and Sept. 13 : The Leah Stein Dance Company and the Mendelssohn Club of Philadelphia , with 100 singers and eight dancers, will present the world premiere of "Urban Echo: Circle Told ," with original music by Pauline Oliveros , 2 and 4 p.m., The Rotunda, 4014 Walnut St., Philadelphia , $25; (215) 413-1318.
