A Telerehabilitation Model for Victims of Polytrauma

The Low Activities of Daily Living Monitoring Program (LAMP) at the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health Systern is a telerehabilitation program that promotes independence for veterans experiencing difficulties with activities of daily living by focusing on a combination of care coordination, assistive technology/adaptive equipment, and home environmental modifications.
