The Fourth International Scientific Symposium on Tea and Human Health was held September 18, 2007 at the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Washington, DC. The symposium was organized by the Tea Council of the U.S.A. and cosponsored by the American Cancer Society, American College of Nutrition, American Medical Women's Association, American Society for Nutrition, and the Linus Pauling Institute at Oregon State University.
