The city of Gaithersburg issued the following press release:
As we prepare to observe the seventh anniversary of the terrorist events of September 11, 2001, the Montgomery County Police Department recommends that community members view an informational video, "The Seven Signs of Terrorism", to help them become more knowledgeable about the types of suspicious behaviors that might precede a terrorist attack. This video is available for viewing on the Montgomery County and Montgomery County Police websites.
