Microsoft to Purchase Zoomix

Microsoft announced that it has inked an agreement to purchase Zoomix, a Jerusalem-based company that creates software to automate the delivery of correct, complete, and synchronized enterprise data within the business workflow. When the acquisition is complete, the Zoomix development team will join the Microsoft R&D group in Israel to work on SQL Server solutions.
