New Delhi, Sept. 11 -- India and Israel are exploring new partnerships in culture and education to consolidate bilateral ties.
An India-Israel Colloquium 'Preserving Cultural Identities in Today's World' Wednesday probed the intellectual synergy between the two nations in the context of the historical relationship between the two countries.
