WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, has introduced a resolution (S.Res. 653) "celebrating the outstanding athletic accomplishments of The Ohio State University football team for achieving its 800th all-time victory."
The resolution, introduced on Sept. 10, was co-sponsored by Sen. George V. Voinovich, R-Ohio. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
