We would like to comment on a recent article published in Gynecological Endocrinology by Ludwig and colleagues [1] and to present our concern over the paper's conclusion. The authors presented thyroid function data of a cohort of 371 subfertile women who were retrospectively selected from their database of patients who underwent thyroid-releasing hormone (TKH) stimulation testing between 1999 and 2004.
