The state has barred a nursing home owner from setting foot on any of his four area facilities after he was charged with assaulting an elderly man in his care.
Anand P. Mittal, of Lower Gwynedd, cannot have contact with home residents of Willow Crest Manor in Upper Moreland, Southampton Residence Inc. on Belmont Avenue, Southampton, Adelphia Personal Care Home in Philadelphia and Disston Manor in Philadelphia.
