ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 15 -- Julian J. Bourne of Weston, Mass., has developed a method identifying mobile device.

An abstract of the invention, released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, said: "A business or social networking method is operative in a server. The method enables mobile device users to meet one another, on a permission basis.
