Aid to Higher Education: Barack Obama Has a Serious Plan, John McCain Says Nothing

Barack Obama has a comprehensive plan to make college more affordable for all Americans. John McCain does not.

There are many issues on which presidential candidates Barack Obama and John McCain have wide policy differences. These include the war in Iraq, offshore drilling, abortion, taxes, and gun control.

But for readers of this journal, the candidates' positions on aid to higher educational issues are of special interest.
