New Web Site Provides a Forum for Campus Racism

The widely accessed campus Web site JuicyCampus.com has hundreds of Web postings containing the word "nigger" and thousands of other messages that publish disparaging comments about blacks and other minorities.

Free speech is a guiding principle on most campuses of the nation's colleges and universities. The free exchange of ideas is deemed indispensable in a successful and engaging academic environment.
