The University of Wisconsin-Platteville issued the following news release:

Duane Ford, dean of the College of Business, Industry, Life Science and Agriculture at the University of Wisconsin Platteville, announced the new college council for the 2008-09 semesters. This year, the cabinet will have five new members with two members returning. New additions to the council include Jodi McDermott, assistant dean; Michael Compton, director, school of agriculture; Jeff Huebschman, department of biology; Arthur Ranney, department of communication technologies; and David Heimerdinger, department of industrial studies.
