ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 17 -- Hermann Bach of Heiligenroth, Germany, Harald Kompel of Neu-Isenburg, Germany, Bernd Ahlers of Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Peter Trabold of Darmstadt, Germany, and Frank Hoper of Karben, Germany, have developed a method for producing a hydrocarbon mixture propylene.
