The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Transportation Security Administration issued the following press release:

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) today announced the selection of Mike Scott as federal security director (FSD) for LaGuardia Airport (LGA). As FSD, he will oversee all TSA operations at LaGuardia Airport and operations at Long Island MacArthur (ISP) and Westchester County (HPN) airports, and Manhattan Heliports, all in New York.
