The University of Arizona issued the following press release:
Peter Smith, the principal investigator for the Phoenix Mars Mission, will speak about the University of Arizona-led exploration on the Martian plantet during a public event.
Smith will present his lecture, "The PHOENIX Mission: A Trip to the Martian Arctic," Sept. 23 at 7:30 p.m. in Room 120 of the Integrated Learning Center.
The event is part of the Lunar and Planetary Laboratory Evening Lecture Series. Doors to the open and public event open at 7 p.m. and attendees are encouraged to arrive early.
