The "low-tech" made simpler

The resting electrocardiogram has been called by Hurst1 as the "low-tech" method that the clinician should use in combination with medical history and physical examination to decide if a "high-tech" method is required to identify the correct diagnosis. In this issue of the Journal, Dr Soliman2 proposes a modification of the acquisition procedure that has the potential to minimize limb lead reversals.
