FORT WORTH, Texas, Sept. 22 -- The U.S. General Services Administration's Federal Acquisition Service said it was looking to buy a c-fold paper towel dispenser.
The synopsis said "the contractor shall provide following item with the following specifications: dispenser shall be capable of dispensing c-fold paper towels (for hand drying), and shall be 1) Fabricated of carbon or stainless steel with a minimum thickness of 0.029 inch; 2) Minimum capacity of 300 paper towels. The paper towels shall have a basis weight in pounds of 25-30 (24x36-500), smaller dimension of 10-1/8 inches Ãf'Ã,ñ 1/2 inch, and a fold depth of 4 inches Ãf'Ã,ñ 1/2 inch; 3) Provided with a front opening hinged ...
