U.S., Swiss Inventors Develop Disease Treating Method

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 24 -- Paul Latta, Chengyun Yue, and Xiaojie Yu, all from Irvine, Calif., David Scharp of Mission Viejo, Calif., and Jeffrey Alan Hubbell of Morges, Switzerland, have developed a methods for treating a disease.
