Article: Texas, Colorado Inventors Develop Customer Communication Service System

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 25 -- Alasdhair Campbell of Austin, Texas, and Stephen A. Michael of Colorado Springs, Colo., have developed a customer communication service method.

According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A system and method is disclosed for servicing multi media customer communications to geographically distributed agents from multiple call center sites via the telephone network and a global data communications network."
