ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 25 -- Hideyuki Hosoya of Saitama, Japan, has developed a controlling circuit for light source.

According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A light source controlling circuit controls a light source outputting continuous light.
