Onboard Air India One, Sept. 28 -- Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has admitted the fallacies in the system to combat terrorism and stressed on the need for stronger intelligence, prosecution and investigation.

Expressing deep shock and anger against the latest terrorist attack in Mehrauli in Delhi, which killed one child and injured several others he called for reforming the system.

He was addressing a press conference on his way to Mersille from New York, where the Prime Minister is schedule to attend India European Union (EU) summit later.
