Article: Pennsylvania Inventors Develop Socket Connector, Latch Locking Member

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 29 -- Jeffrey Pennypacker of Harrisburg, Pa., Richard Nicholas Whyne of Camp Hill, Pa., Daniel Robert Ringler of Elizabethville, Pa., and Attalee S. Taylor of Palmyra, Pa., have developed a circuit board card edge module socket connector.

According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A socket connector for connecting a card edge module to a circuit board includes a housing extending along a longitudinal axis between opposed ends.
