D&R Management Corp., a warehousing and logistics services firm based in Totowa, is the latest in a string of casualties among the state's transportation and logistics firms. By Sept. 26, D&R expects to lay off 164 workers at its Totowa facility according to a notice it filed with the state Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
