ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- Mark Elston of Salinas, Calif., and Ankan Pramanick of San Jose, Calif., have developed a modular test system.
According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method for communicating test information from a source to a destination is disclosed.
