Article: ESPN TO CARRY PENN STATE-PURDUE GAME; LIONS JUMP TO NO. 6 IN POLLS

Pennsylvania State University issued the following news release:

ESPN will nationally televise Penn State's Big Ten clash with Purdue on Saturday (Oct. 4). Kickoff is set for noon ET at the Boilermakers' Ross-Ade Stadium.

The contest with the Boilermakers (2-2, 0-0) begins a five-game stretch for Penn State that includes four road conference games. Following Saturday night's 38-24 win over then-No. 22 Illinois, the Nittany Lions will have just one home game (Oct. 18 vs. Michigan) until Nov. 15.
