ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 1 -- Omar Cardona and James Brian Cunningham, both of Austin, Texas, have developed a system load based dynamic segmentation for network interface card.

According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention provides a computer implemented method, system, and computer program product of dynamic segmentation based on processor load using various steps.
