ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 1 -- Dae-Yel Lee of Suwon-si, South Korea, has developed a refilled toner cartridge.
According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An image forming apparatus capable of determining whether a toner cartridge is a refilled toner cartridge and method thereof is provided.
