Article: Canadian Inventors Develop Media Data Authorization Method

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 2 -- Marc Laurier Charbonneau of Casselman, Canada, and Scott Newman Ashdown of Ottawa, have developed an individual data authorizing method.
