Article: German Inventors Develop Substituted Nitrogen-Containing Heterobicycles Preparation Method

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 3 -- Uwe Ries, Roland Pfau and Eckhart Bauer, all from Biberach, Germany, Henning Priepke of Warthausen, Germany, Kai Gerlach of Ulm, Germany, Wolfgang Wienen of Biberach-Rissegg, Germany, and Herbert Nar of Ochsenhausen, Germany, have developed a substituted nitrogen-containing heterobicycles, the preparation thereof and their use as pharmaceutical compositions the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office announced.

The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,429,597 on Sept. 30.

The patent has been assigned to Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma GmbH & Co. KG, Ingelheim, Germany.
