Roche has been a very busy pharma, snagging two smaller firms and putting in a bid to purchase the remaining shares of Genentech that it doesn't already own

Roche announced that had offered $43.7 billion to fully acquire biotech giant Genentech, of which Roche is already the primary shareholder.
